3) Where did you get the figure of 4 Cr...? Have you checked with the Audit department?
4) Internet came later than most existing companies. For example, TATA or Reliance were in existence much before Internet, However, it is very recently that these reputed companies have launched their Web site. A website domain registration does not mean COMPANY got registered OR came in existence on that day!
5)The address is same for many Businesses as they are using a "serviced office". Internationally, there is a concept of a Serviced Office where, a office representative is available. Such offices are legal, and all necessary services like taking a call, fax, Reception area, etc are provided by the Serviced Office owner.

I found out that NIM is registered under DAS and UKAS also. NIM is in existence since last 18 years, if it was bogus, then in the last 18 years there would have been 18,000 cases on this institute. However, since its track record is clear and without any blemish, how can it be fake?
I have been to Tokyo, HK and Singapore... Many reputed companies also have a Serviced Offshore office, this does not mean that the office having same address of Telephone/Fax is Bogus. When property rates touch 3000$ per square feet in a prime business location, many companies have to have a office, but they rather choose a Serviced office than Investing Millions on lavish International offices!

I am doing my DBA (IT) course from National Institute of Management.
The course fee is: 9700/-. They committed me to send all of my study materials within 60 days...
But approx 8 months had gone, only got one book among 2 books. Also in Kolkata their Branch Office had locked out...
Then I called to their Corporate Office upto 2 to 3 times,
but every time they ensure me that the book will send within this week..please send a mail..
I also sent them 3 mails to their recommended mail id.. But no response from there..
Nowadays their phone numbers also showing out of order...
I can't understand what should I do!!!

Well I have done My GDBA course from NIM Delhi at the time of admission they said it is a valid graduation course but my concern is i have applied for USA visa and my application was rejected and they gave me the reason that this is a fake degree neither approved from UGC Act & nor from any government council i was shocked ..because i have already told the NIM people that i am pursuing this course particularly for the abroad reason. I am still in India whenevr i go for an interview most of the MNC reject me for the same reason that i have not done my graduation and this is not valid certificates. So guys this is not the thing arguing with each other we should find the resolution.

NIM is a recognised institute offering autonomous diploma/degree equivalent for its students. It is recognised under distance education authority and govt of maharashtra and UKAS so its certification can hold weight globally as well. You can still have a college without getting UGC approval for your campsus, also NIM has tie up with universties under which students can study and earn a degree thru those universities via NIM. Pls refer website or a counsellor for more details. All this foreign degree thing is false. Its like an IIPM or ICFAI who are not recognised but are still operating and students go there due to their quality of education.

All the top vendors who conduct background verification have put NIM in fake University database.People may have joined good organization based on this, however top companies are exiting employees who have shown this university in their papers. It is a fake university.
But I have been rejected by icici Lombard general insurance due to my diploma from n.I.m
THis is super fake. I hv done my graduation from NIM and wanted to study in england after that but as per the rules this degree will not work as they only accept UGC approved courses.
